Jeffry B. Skiba  President & CEO, Director

With over eighteen years of experience in medical device research and development, Jeff has worked extensively to design orthopedic implants and instrumentation, cardiovascular grafts for use in aortic aneurysms, ophthalmologic drug delivery systems, and implant design for urologic and gynecologic surgeries. He successfully prepared an orthopedic biomedical firm for an IPO (initial public offering). With fourteen patents issued and twelve pending, Jeff has comprehensive knowledge for development of medical device companies including FDA compliance, ISO and CE Mark, manufacturing, quality assurance, and intellectual property protection. A graduate of Arizona State University, his educational background is in Biomechanical Engineering and Business Management.

Lawrence A. Schneider, M.D. Chief Technical Officer, Director

A graduate from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1982, Dr. Schneider spent two years as a general surgeon at Michigan Hospital. He was then chosen to be the sports medicine fellow at UCLA, where he was an assistant professor in surgery. He was recruited by the University of Arizona to start a sports medicine department and served as an assistant professor. He is a design consultant for biomedical firms, who have patented and marketed many products. Dr. Schneider has authored medical publications and has delivered hundreds of national presentations.
